We represented Plaintiff in a bench trial, in its allegations that the Defendant had breached the terms of letter of intent. The Plaintiff relied on the Letter, and performed work for Defendant in Saudi Arabia. The court found for the Defendant and the judgment was affirmed by the First Circuit.
