Andrea M.A. Osborne is Counsel to McKenzie & Associates, P.C. and is principal of the Law Office of Andrea M.A. Osborne, a general practice firm based in New York. Attorney Osborne is NY State counsel to McKenzie & Associates, P.C. in a civil action to collect on a judgment in the face amount of $3,500,000 against a NYC Defendant.

Attorney Osborne offers her clients over twenty years of varied legal experience which includes a federal clerkship with the Southern District Court of New York as a pro se law clerk, former New York State Assistant Attorney General where she litigated, some of the Litigation Department’s high profile cases in federal and state court on behalf of the New York State Department of Social Services and an associate at Schiavetti, Geisler, Corgan, Soscia, DeVito, Gabrielle and Nicholson, a medium sized New York City medical malpractice defense firm. In addition, she was a contract attorney assigned to a federal court class action securities litigation matter at Robinson & Cole, a major law firm in Connecticut.

Attorney Osborne received her law degree from Boston University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Brooklyn College. She is a member of the bar of the states of New York and New Jersey as well as the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey. She is also a member of the New York State Bar Association, the New York State Women’s Bar Association, the Rockland County Bar Association and the Rockland County Women’s Bar Association where she is a member of the Board of Directors and is the organization’s representative on the New York State Women’s Bar Association Family Law Committee.

Ms. Osborne practices in the areas of Business Litigation, Real Estate, Probate and Consumer Transactions. She also serves as Foreclosure Referee in New York, a court approved Foreclosure Mediator in New Jersey and a Guardian Ad Litem in New York City Civil Court, Housing Part.
