Christopher A. Carbone , Associate

Christopher A. Carbone is a litigation associate at McKenzie & Associates P.C. Since his admission to the Massachusetts Bar in 2001, Attorney Carbone has spent most of his career representing small to medium sized businesses in business-to-business disputes and disputes between businesses and individuals. For some business clients, he has served as in-house counsel and to others, as outside counsel in civil disputes. He combines his business law practice with family law in order to help clients to preserve their businesses during divorce with an emphasis on achieving just and equitable results for the clients’ spouses.

Attorney Carbone graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School, Boston, MA in 2000. He received his Bachelor of Science, cum laude, from Emerson College, Boston, MA in 1997 with a major in Communications, Politics and Law.

Attorney Carbone is the former President of the North End Waterfront Residents Association where he organized the community around zoning matters and neighborhood development issues. He is also the former President of the Downtown Boston Chapter of Business Networking International and from 2002-2004, he was a member of the Christopher Columbus Park Restoration Committee. He resides in Medford, MA with his wife and three-year old daughter and currently serves as Secretary of the Medford Family Resource Counsel. He is an active member of the Medford Family Network.

Attorney Carbone’s practice includes civil litigation in all courts, debt collections with an emphasis on post-judgment remedies, and family law.
