Transaction: Borrower Representation – Construction of New Church Sanctuary

We represented the Borrower in a $7.5 million construction of a new church sanctuary. We worked with the church to acquire a portion of the construction site, clear its list of corporate governance issues, confirm zoning and obtain zoning relief where necessary, and close the transaction.

We continue to represent the Church in a related dispute with the general contractor regarding issues associated with the complex nature of the construction site.
