We defended an employer clothing store against complaints by two former employees who alleged that they were terminated based on their race and/or national origin. We successfully defended the claims by proving that the complaining employees’ positions were eliminated as part of a legitimate reduction-in-force layoff, leading to a dismissal of the complaints.
