We represented Codman Square Community Development Corporation in all aspects of a $7.5 million development project, ultimately consisting of 26 single-family units of affordable housing, as well as retail and office space. We provided legal expertise on all aspects of financing, including land acquisition, permitting, construction, and ultimately, the sales to the individual homeowners.

We are currently representing the client on another transaction of similar size.
