We represented the Massachusetts Industrial Finance Agency in assembling and consolidating several parcels of land to create an 8-acre tract of developable land. The site was developed into the Massachusetts Information Technology Center, designed to serve as the nucleus of the Commonwealth’s Information technology infrastructure. The total development cost of the project exceeded $93 million.
