Our Managing Director is on a short list of those qualified to receive Court appointments for Guardians ad Litem, and to serve as a partition commissioner. In this capacity, Attorney McKenzie represents the interests of incompetent or unascertained individuals in fiduciary accounts. He is also qualified to serve as a Special Master, appointed by the Court to oversee discovery and other litigation disputes in the Probate Court. In both of these capacities, he oversees or approves the accountings of millions of dollars in assets on behalf of the Court, and has the authority to make binding decisions affecting the parties.
