Linda M. Davidson, Of Counsel

Linda M. Davidson is the sole proprietor of The Davidson Law Practice, a general civil practice. Prior to the formation of The Davidson Law Practice in 1999, she served as counsel to the Consumer Division of the Massachusetts Department of Telecommunications and Energy. Attorney Davidson is a 1988 graduate of Suffolk University Law School where she distinguished herself as an oral advocate. She also holds a master’s degree in regional planning from the University of Michigan, and a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Mercy college of Detroit.

Attorney Davidson is admitted to practice before the Massachusetts Bar, the Bar of the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts, and the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, The Massachusetts Black Women Attorneys, and The Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law of the Boston Bar Association.

Attorney Davidson practices in the areas of consumer transactions, contracts, real estate, zoning, and landlord/tenant law.
